This article contains our Second Quarter Disney Vacation Club resale market report for 2023. This will include Right of First Refusal (ROFR) data and average sale prices from offers accepted and sent to ROFR during April, May, and June 2023.
We sold over 33,000 DVC points this quarter, with contracts ranging from 25 points up to 450 points. Disney didn’t exercise ROFR this quarter, and we have zero buybacks to report.
As you’ll see below, prices have remained relatively steady compared to last quarter, with not much change from month to month. Despite the challenges of the past couple of years, the DVC resale market has shown remarkable resilience with sales volume increasing.
