HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT DVC POINTS?

Bookings Secured 7-11 months in advance(Home Resort Priority):

Disney Vacation Club members can book their Home Resort up to 11 months from the check-in date. This timeframe can be critical to secure the desired room and dates, especially during holidays and high travel periods. We always recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Most reservations fall within the ranges below, depending on availability and travel dates.

Non-Priority Bookings Under 7 months in Advance

If the reservation check-in date falls between the current date and 7 months or less, rental rates are typically $20.00 per point. This may not apply to confirmed reservations, which are already secured and being marketed for rent.

Last Minute “Flash Sale” (points expiring soon):

From time to time, we have a limited amount of last-minute, quickly expiring points that will be marketed at a discounted rate. Be sure to sign up for Rental Emails to be alerted when these points become available.

How many points do I need for my desired stay?
