BUYERS

We will “hold your hand” throughout the entire Disney Vacation Club resale process. This includes explaining in detail how the DVC plan works and determining with you the best ownership for your family’s needs. We will council you on the Right of First Refusal price per point and prepare and submit all contracts to Disney. Once your new ownership has closed and is recorded in county records, we will make sure your new membership number is received and that the new DVC points you are purchasing are in your DVC member account. Then comes the fun part — Happy Vacationing!

SELLERS

Selling your Disney Vacation Club is an involved process that requires a vast knowledge of the current resale market and the Disney Right of First Refusal process. Having specialized in DVC resales for almost 20 years, our family is well versed in this area, and we make the process of listing and selling easy. All the work is left up to us! A commission is earned at closing, meaning we must produce to earn. Our goal is to provide an educated, qualified buyer for your listing and we council all buyers about offering a fair market value for your ownership.
