Below you will find sales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the months of May and June. Disney’s Right of First Refusal (ROFR) takes approximately 30 days from the date sale contracts are submitted to DVC. We only saw one contract exercised under Disney’s Right of First Refusal in May and June with all other contracts waived.
Sale prices remained steady for Animal Kingdom, Saratoga Springs and Grand Floridian compared to April resales. Aulani, Beach Club and Old Key West average prices decreased compared to the earlier months of the year but are still in-line with or higher than average sale prices from 2015. Bay Lake Tower’s average sale price increased mainly due to a large amount of small-point contracts that were sold in May and June. Small point contracts typically fetch a higher per point price than others.
