At Vacation Club Life, we match Disney Vacation Club Members who want to rent their points with Guests who would like to book accommodations at one of Disney’s DVC resorts. We will manage the entire process from the beginning to the end, ensuring you have a stress-free experience.

There are two ways to book a magical vacation: Request Custom Dates or Browse Confirmed Reservations. If you are unsure and want to compare different options, we recommend submitting a request with your preferred dates and we will send you a quote with available options. Alternatively, if your travel dates are flexible, you can take advantage of our pre-booked, Confirmed Reservations that are already reserved and waiting for you.

Submit your request form

Submit your travel party details and deposit – Once your dates are confirmed as available, we’ll ask for your travel party info and send instructions for a $100 deposit (refundable if the dates are not available by the time we attempt to secure the room).

STEP 3

Sign Agreement and Submit Initial Payment – Once we’ve booked your reservation, and provided you with a reservation number to link to your My Disney Experience (MDE), you’ll need to submit an initial payment equal to 50% of your total cost (minus your $100 deposit), and sign your rental agreement. Your remaining 50% balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. Please note that for reservations made less than 60 days ahead of check-in, payment in full is required upon receiving your agreement and reservation number. If booking dates that are within 31 days of arrival, we may require payment upfront.

Have Fun – You can link your reservation to My Disney Experience (MDE) and start planning a wonderful vacation!
