Do you have extra points that you are unable to use or that may go to waste? You work hard to pay for those points so before letting them go, consider having us help you rent them out!

Yes, you can actually rent out those unused points to other Guests to recoup funds, pay your dues, or just to put some extra bucks in your pocket.

Our team will collaborate with you to craft a personalized strategy and connect you with the perfect renter. Our top priority is to make the entire process easy, seamless, and worry-free for you. Let’s work together to make your rental experience a breeze!

How it Works

1. The first step is to sign our Intermediary Agreement which authorizes our team to act as an intermediary for the purpose of securing guests.
2. Once we have an agreement, we will place your points in the queue to be rented and begin matching your points with guest requests.
3. Once we find a match for your points, we will send you instructions to book or transfer a confirmed reservation to the Guest.
4. After the reservation is booked, confirmed, and the Guest signs the rental agreement and submits funds, we’ll send you 50% of your payment up front, and the remaining 50% when the Guest checks in.
5. And that’s it! No need to check availability or answer questions from renters. We do all the legwork and hold the rental funds safely in our escrow account.

How Long Will It Take to Rent My Points?

The length of time it takes for your points to be rented out can range from a day to several months, depending on various factors. These factors include, but are not limited to: the Use Year during which your points are available or need to be used, the Home Resort you own, how closely the number of points you have matches the reservation requested, the date when your agreement is submitted to us, the time of year, and flexibility on pricing.

It is highly recommended to list your vacation points for rent as soon as possible. While most people looking for longer stays are likely planning their trips 10 to 12 months in advance, there are still many people looking for sooner dates but usually for fewer nights and at lower rates.  So, if you want higher rates and would prefer moving more points in one shot versus fewer per reservation, submit your points to us sooner rather than later.
