Its never too early to start planning your holiday vacation at Disney! Using the 11 month “home priority” booking window, you can start making reservations in January for a December vacation. Resale closings take 10-12 weeks for completion so if you are planning a Christmas 2017 vacation, now is the time to consider making your purchase in order to meet the 11 month booking window at your home resort.
How many points does it take to vacation during Christmas week?
Point requirements will vary based on resort, room size, view and the number of nights vacationing. To give you an idea of how many points are needed, here are the point requirements for a week stay from December 23 to December 30, 2017. The lower end of the range would be the “Standard” room category whereas the higher end of the range would be a “Preferred” View.
