Saratoga Springs, Animal Kingdom, and Old Key West continue to be the top sellers along with small point contracts for any resort. Grand Californian and Vero Beach sale prices increased this month due to more small point contracts being sold than larger ones. Small point contracts typically sell a little higher than larger contracts do.
Below you will find DVC resales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the month of October. Disney has sped up their ROFR process tremendously this past month and we are seeing approvals, on average, within 7-10 days of being submitted. We also saw only one contract exercised this month: Bay Lake Tower, 150 points at $103/pt.
