Below you will find DVC sales and ROFR data from offers that were accepted and sent to ROFR during the months of August and September. Most of the resorts saw very small fluctuations in average sale prices of around $1-$3 per point. Saratoga Springs continued to be a strong seller with average price per point remaining steady at $82 per point. Boardwalk and the Grand Californian decreased on average by $5 per point which can be greatly attributed to supply and demand. Those two resorts, along with Beach Club, had very limited inventory in 2014/2015 which lead to a tremendous increase in sale prices as they are very popular, sold-out resorts. Grand Californian went from selling around $112 per point in 2013 up to $140 per point on average in 2015. As more and more listings have come available at those resorts, prices have started to settle some.
