Multiple sources are reporting price increases for Disney’s “sold out” resorts. These prices reportedly went into effect mid-February 2016 for anyone purchasing points directly from Disney Vacation Club. With prices as high as $180 per point, its clear to see why so many buyers purchase their DVC ownership on the resale market. When compared to developer pricing, resale prices average around 40% less! There are restrictions when purchasing resale, but most owners realize that the savings outweigh the limitations.
