DVC Direct Pricing April 2016

Below is the most current price list for new member purchases made directly through Disney Vacation Club. When purchasing direct from DVC, new buyers are required to purchase a minimum of 100 points for most of the resorts whereas existing owners can purchase as little as 25 points. The average direct-from-Disney purchase price is currently $155 per point. Vero Beach and Hilton Head are selling for the lowest price at $110 per point and Bay Lake, Grand Californian and Grand Floridian are selling for the highest at $180 per point.
