Disney Vacation Club has published the 2026 points charts for all 17 of its resorts, marking another year with only minor seasonal calendars and point value adjustments. For most resorts, point requirements remain broadly consistent, with only small calendar shifts to account for holidays like Easter and Thanksgiving.
Changes to Category Names
Several of the room categories were renamed for 2026, changing what we know as “Standard View” to “Resort View” and “Lake View” to now “Preferred View.” You’ll notice these changes at Riviera, Bay Lake Tower, BoardWalk, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas, and The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.

Understanding the Adjustments
Disney Vacation Club retains the right to adjust points charts to reflect evolving member reservation patterns. These changes are governed by restrictions that limit the cost of a single night from year to year, ensuring gradual shifts over time.
The relatively minor updates across the last four years suggest that DVC achieves a balanced demand distribution throughout the seasons, keeping accommodations accessible while maintaining flexibility for members.
