Bryant Tutas

I am the 2nd son (favorite) in the Tutas family. I’ve been married to The Lovely Wife for 38 years. I’m a Southerner through and through. Yes, I say y’all, call ladies ma’am, open car doors, eat grits, love alligators and have been known to indulge in a little moonshine.

For the last 30 years I’ve sold residential and investment real estate as the Broker/owner of Tutas Towne Realty. In 2017 I joined the Family business, ResalesDVC.

In addition to residential sales, I am the Sales Manager for the DVC division focusing on improving customer service, implementing new technology, training sales staff and sitting on the front porch with my brother Kinn solving the problems of the world.

I’m all about service. In another life I waited tables, drove a taxi, owned a guest service company and created an online network to assist homeowners through the real estate crash of 2009. Through my network of over 15,000 members we were able to help thousands of folks avoid foreclosure.
