The first step to becoming a Disney Vacation Club member is to make an offer. An offer to buy consists of:

• Per Point Price
• Closing Costs – These costs will include title search, title insurance, administrative fees, and recording fees. Traditionally, buyers pay closing costs due to sellers paying the sales commission.
• Current Year Dues – Typically, buyers pay current year dues when receiving current year points.

To submit an offer, fill out the form below with your per-point price, closing costs, and dues. Once submitted, we will email you a confirmation receipt. Because the DVC market is active, listings may receive multiple offers. Need help? Call us with questions: 866-544-2919.
