HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT DVC POINTS?
Bookings Secured 7-11 months in advance (Home Resort Priority):
Disney Vacation Club members can book their Home Resort up to 11 months from the check-in date. This timeframe can be critical to secure the desired room and dates, especially during holidays and high travel periods. We always recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please note: rental rates may fluctuate based on the number of points we have available from owners at each resort.

Non-Priority Bookings Under 7 months in Advance
If the reservation check-in date falls between the current date and 7 months or less.
Rental rates outside the home-priority booking windows are typically priced at $20.00 per point or less.
Last Minute “Flash Sale” (points expiring soon):
From time to time, we have a limited amount of last-minute, quickly expiring points that will be marketed at a discounted rate. Be sure to sign up for Rental Emails to be alerted when these points become available.
How many points do I need for my desired stay?
Disney Vacation Club sets the per point requirements for each resort based on the room size and travel dates and they can change slightly from year to year. You can use our point calculator below to see how many points you will need.
