Disney Vacation Club has released the proposed 2017 maintenance and taxes for each DVC resort, with Aulani still to come. The resort budgets will be officially approved at the DVC annual condo meeting on December 8, 2016. You can view the proposed budgets for your particular resort online with your DVCMember.com account. DVC bills all owners in December for the next year’s dues, payable by January 15 regardless of the use year (the month Disney puts the points into your account). Here are the proposed DVC Annual Dues for 2017:

Your Annual Dues are applied to a variety of vital interests, including:
- Operating Expenses–Housekeeping, transportation (if applicable), Front Desk services, maintenance, utilities and more
- Administrative Expenses–Management and reservation services, insurance, some Member mailings and more
- Refurbishment Expenses–Updating and maintaining interiors, exteriors, common areas and more
- Real Estate Taxes–Property taxes due to governmental agencies where your Home Resort is located
